Canning equipment includes finishing equipment designed to prepare different products prior to canning the product. The operation of finishing equipment can be sifting or screening, or some other process needed to make products suitable for further processing. Canning equipment also includes retort equipment that is designed to retort or sterilize products that has already been packages in cans or other container.
