| Description | Used: Wil Flow kettle, 725 gallon, 304 stainless steel tank, vertical. 60" diameter x 58" straight side. Open top with (2) half covers, sloped bottom. Dimple jacket on 3' of bottom side wall rated 50 psi at 300 deg F. Removable stainless steel agitator bridge and a carbon steel I beam frame with a Mixmor agitator, model TO1.5. 2" diameter shaft with (2) 20" diameter 4 blade turbines. Driven by a 3 hp, 3/60/208-230 volt, 1725 rpm varispeed motor, min/max rpm 583/1750. (4) Removable side wall baffles. 2" end bottom outlet.
